Everyone knows that a battery pack needs to be charged before it can be used, it's pretty much common sense.. Sometimes though, the world falls on it's head when a new battery pack for some unexplainable reason doesn't want to charge, for those that have had the pleasure of encountering a new pack that refused to cooperate, well... you know what I am talking about..
